Re-start the Program

So, it’s time for me to re-start my healthy program.  By the end of the summer, I wasn’t exercising or eating as well as I should been.  I stopped counting calories, I struggled to fit in workouts… And now it is September.  And I’m having to start all over again.  I’ve kept the weight off that I lost, but not an additional pound lost since beginning of June.

 

So, here I go again!  Walking in the mornings 4-5 days a week after I drop the kids off at the bus stop, I just have to keep walking and the sweating begins!
